Developed in collaboration with architects Guy Isaac and Liron Tchachik, the project seeks to integrate carefully with its surroundings while establishing a distinct architectural presence. The building is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of a simple agricultural structure, connecting the agricultural heritage of the Mateh Asher Regional Council with innovation and a forward-looking approach. The center includes a range of learning, research, work, and entrepreneurship spaces, both enclosed and open, designed to support collaboration, exchange, and interdisciplinary learning. The ground floor is built with rammed earth walls that contribute to energy efficiency and strengthen the building's connection to the land and local context, while the program also supports advanced agricultural research. The result is a sustainable center closely connected to its community and environment, bringing together science, entrepreneurship, technology, and agricultural research within a flexible contemporary setting.
