Located within the TOHA business district in Tel Aviv, at the intersection of Totsart Ha'aretz and Yigal Alon Streets, the project is a four-story community center conceived as an integral part of the wider TOHA complex. The building was developed in collaboration with architect Ron Arad, who designed the overall site. The interior is organized to create clear separation between different functions while maintaining a cohesive architectural language throughout the building. The ground floor is conceived as an open and welcoming public level, incorporating an urban living room, cafeteria, neighborhood youth club, and play area, with a direct relationship to the street. The upper floors are organized according to distinct community uses. The first floor accommodates a senior club and activity rooms, while the second floor is dedicated to music, with acoustically isolated rehearsal rooms and professional studios. The third floor contains a flexible multipurpose hall with telescopic seating and acoustic wood paneling, allowing it to accommodate events of different scales and configurations. The material palette combines an urban-industrial character with a warmer, more domestic atmosphere. Smooth concrete, expanded metal ceilings, and metal cladding are balanced by wood, textiles, and furnishings in warm terracotta tones.
